When you submit a project inquiry, we process the contact and project information you provide so our team can respond, prepare equipment options, and coordinate quotations. We do not sell this information.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources, and actions such as successful inquiry submissions and outbound contact clicks. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data in accordance with its own privacy terms. Analytics remains disabled when you choose Essential only.
Retention and contact
We retain business inquiries only as long as needed for project communication, legal obligations, and reasonable business records. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, email global_service@xinyufactory.ltd.

We use service providers including Vercel for website hosting, Resend for inquiry delivery, and Google Analytics when consented. Their systems may process data outside your country. We use these services only for operating, securing, and improving the site.
